2015/7/15 Vissel Kobe 1-1 Shonan Bellmare

The game began well for Vissel Kobe, looking to build on their impressive 5-0 away win in the first match of the 2nd Stage of their J1 2015 campaign, but, after a superb goal to open the proceedings from Shunki Takahashi, the home team were pegged back and had to settle for the single point.

Takahshi's 18th minute goal was a superb strike from 25 yards - from a standing position - which gave the goalkeeper no chance and it was the second match in a row that Nelsinho's right wing back had scored.

Ryota Nagaki pulled the away team level just after the half hour mark with a right-footed shot that crept in at Kaito Yamamoto's left hand post and the match went in level at half time.

As the half began Vissel it was obvious that Vissel were intent on looking for the win and 49 minutes in Leandro and Marquinhos broke free and as Leandro took a defender one way, Morioka came in from the other but his short was blocked with a desperate defensive lunge.

Keijiro Ogawa came on among three Vissel substitutes as Nelsinho looked to change the match and the diminutive substitute found space with just minutes to go, but his shot was straight at the keeper and Vissel had to settle for a point.
