2018/6/30 JUNG Woo Young Leaves for Al Sadd of Qatar.
Vissel Kobe would like to announce the transfer of Jung Woo Young to Al Sadd of Qatar.
Jung was born in 1988, December 14th, in Ulsan, Korea. He first came to play in Japan in 2011 at Kyoto Sanga. The strong midfielder then moved onto Jubilo Iwata in 2013 before joining Vissel Kobe for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. He made the transfer to China in 2016 and returned to Vissel for the 2018 season, but has now decided to move on.
He played 90 J1 matches, scoring five goals, as well as 30 Cup games (nine goals). He has played over 30 times for his country, including the current World Cup in Russia.
